Puppy Madison

So we had dinner at my mom's house tonight, and Madison was being super silly. She had her taco on her plate and was picking at it with her fingers, but she couldn't shovel it in fast enough with her fingers. So, Madison being the thinker that she is, she came up with a better solution, what's that you are wondering well words don't really describe it as well as a video, enjoy!!! (Warning...Make sure you have an empty bladder or you may pee your pants)

Family Pictures

One of the things that we had done while in Utah was family pictures. I think some of them just came out super cute. I love the creativeness that some of Clayton's siblings came up with. It was fun to get our pictures done by an actual professional photographer, we've never have had that done, unless you count Target and Wal-mart. I'm only posting a few of them, mostly of just our little family.

Utah Trip

We had a great time in Utah. Clayton's brother was nice enough to let us stay at there house, thanks so much Dave and Heidi. We did so many fun things, we went to the splash pad, Park City, Pioneer Day Concert which was awesome The Mormon Tabernacle were just awesome, we went to a temple open house, of course I had to go shopping, and we celebrated Clayton's parent's 40th anniversary. We took so many pictures, but I just posted some of our favorites.

I had to take a picture of the famous route 66 sign

Lake Powell

On our second day of travel to Utah, we made a pit stop at Lake Powell, it's at the very tip of Glen Canyon, and Glen Canyon meets up with the Grand Canyon, it was an amazing site, I'm so glad that we stopped. It was just amazing to see this beautiful blue lake in the middle of a canyon and dessert land. We took a few snap shots of it, enjoy it through our pictures, but they don't really do it any justice, it's one of those things that you really have to see with your own eyes. It's amazing to see the miracles that God has created in this world.

Bow Holder

So, Clayton and I have a new hobby, we've been making bows and bow holders. We made one for Clayton's cousin Jennine and Adam's baby girl Hailey. We will eventually create a website and start up our own business, we will sell bows, bow holders, and it'll be a great chance for me to do a test for my invitation business.

Our really good friend Sharon taught us how to make bows. Clayton was a pro at it from day one, myself on the other hand took a few weeks to get the hang of it, and with each bow I make I get better. Thanks Sharon for teaching us, also she makes wonderful bows, and she sells them, contact me and I'll get you her info.

Bedrock City

So we are on our road trip to Utah, after a long 16 hours on the road we made our pit stop in Sedona, AZ. Clayton's mom was sweet enough to let us use her time share, and stay at the Golf Resort in Sedona. This place is very nice and very pretty.

So since we had the room for two nights we decided to take advantage of it, and do somethings that we never get to see or do. I was watching an episode of Kendra on E! and when they were driving to the Grand Canyon they stopped in this place called Bedrock City. It was so cool, it's where the Flintstones live.

Since we just happened to be down the road a little bit we had to go. We got to eat at Fred's Diner, see his and Barney's house, ride the train into a volcano, and so many other cool Flintstones things. We also have the pleasure of bringing our niece with us Myriah, she has also had just as much fun and is a great help with the kids.

Madison's 2nd Birthday!!!

So now that I am officially 1 month past due on posting for Madison's birthday, here I am. I have some what of an excuse though. Our camera broke, and we used my mom's camera to take what little pictures that we have from her birthday, and I just now finally remembered to get the camera from her so I could upload them on our computer.

Anyways, we had a swimming party at my mom's house, and all of her cousins, friends, and church friends came. We had a great turn out! We had BBQ, swam, ate till our stomachs hurts, and had just a good ole' time.

I can't believe how fast she is growing up, we love her so much and I'm so glad she is my little princess!!!!
